AT A GLANCE

The property

Bartley Dunne’s is a distinctive cocktail bar in the heart of Midtown Manhattan that bills itself as “A Most Unusual Pub.” Taking inspiration from an iconic Dublin establishment of the same name, this eclectic spot celebrates its namesake with a vibrant mix of art, music, cocktails, and food in a welcoming atmosphere that gives a subtle nod to the decadence of generations past.

The interior features a sleek “bordello-style” design, creating a sophisticated yet familiar space where you can enjoy both ambitiously creative and classic drinks crafted by celebrated mixologist Conor Myers, accompanied by funky house and disco beats. With a solid 4.4-star rating from OpenTable diners, the bar maintains extensive hours, staying open until 3am on weeknights and 4am on weekends.

The food menu offers diverse options from shareable appetizers like truffle mac croquettes, crab cakes, and classic wings to heartier fare. They also serve weekend brunch from 12pm to 4pm featuring dishes like chicken and waffles, banana bread French toast, and a roast plate that can be made “bottomless” with 90 minutes of beer and wine.

Bartley Dunne’s is strictly 21 and over, and while reservations are recommended (especially for their hidden space “Fernando’s Hideaway”), they also welcome walk-ins.
